DrThom works in partnership with samedaydoctor, a leading private clinic in London. General medical services are
available at DrThom@samedaydoctor from 0800-1700 Monday to Friday on an appointment and walk-in basis.
DrThom's private London clinic - method of payment
A standard consultation at DrThom's clinic is charged at £100. Tests and treatment are charged separately. DrThom
accepts cash, debit cards and credit cards. DrThom does not accept cheques or American Express.
DrThom's private London clinic - complaints
DrThom has a written complaints policy and procedures. DrThom aims to respond to all formal written complaints within
five working days of receiving them. To lodge a formal complaint, you must write a letter to the Medical Director, DrThom's
Clinic, Ground Floor, 197-199 City Road, London EC1V 1JN. Anyone unhappy with the response that DrThom has made to a formal
written complaint should contact the Healthcare Commission at the address above, or email londonsoutheast.ihcomplaints @
healthcarecommission.org.uk.

DrThom has a legal obligation to comply with UK Data Protection legislation. DrThom is not allowed to pass patient
information to third parties that are not involved in the DrThom service without the patient's explicit permission.
