A standard consultation at DrThom's clinic is charged at £100. Tests and treatment are charged separately. DrThom accepts cash, debit cards and credit cards. DrThom does not accept cheques or American Express.DrThom's private London clinic - complaints
DrThom has a written complaints policy and procedures. DrThom aims to respond to all formal written complaints within five working days of receiving them. To lodge a formal complaint, you must write a letter to the Medical Director, DrThom's Clinic, Ground Floor, 197-199 City Road, London EC1V 1JN.
